UnityPoint Health – Trinity is a regional integrated health care delivery system including four full-service hospitals in Rock Island and Moline, Illinois and Bettendorf and Muscatine, Iowa. The integrated services available at Trinity Rock Island offer a seamless continuum of care between physician clinics, hospital and home care services. The hospital campus is home to emergency, orthopedic services, physician clinics, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic care and treatment, home health, and occupational medicine. In addition, it is home to Robert Young Center, the region’s only Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. The Center provides a full continuum of behavioral health services including inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services.

• Cohesive and supportive team of Physicians and Advanced Practitioners serving the Quad Cities region
• Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
  
  

Responsibilities

• Full time position; 1872 hours per year
• Practice in a variety of locations: Bettendorf, IA – Muscatine, IA – Moline, IL – Rock Island, IL
• Shift duration varies by location
• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
• Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate
• Board Certified
• Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• Hold an unrestricted medical license in the states of Iowa and Illinois
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States
  
  

We Offer

• The position offers shift-based compensation, with $65.00 per hour for day shifts and $80.00 per hour for night shifts. Additionally there are weekend shift differentials and a quarterly performance incentive.
• Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, internal equity, and other business needs.  Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on an individual’s qualifications.  The pay range does not include other forms of incentives which may include bonuses or differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.
