Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Madison, WI. The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for supporting pharmacists in the preparation, dispensing, and management of medications, assisting with inventory control, and ensuring accurate documentation. Daily responsibilities include processing prescriptions, interacting with patients and healthcare providers, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to all regulatory and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficient in handling prescriptions and familiarity with pharmacy workflows
- Experience in inventory control and maintaining accurate records
- Strong customer service skills and an ability to assist patients and healthcare providers effectively
- Knowledge or certification related to pharmacy and pharmacy technician duties is preferred
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to safety regulations
