Position Overview
We’re seeking motivated Health Insurance Agents / Producers who are ready to take control of their earning potential. You’ll help individuals and families navigate health coverage options during Open Enrollment and beyond, while building lasting relationships with clients.
This is a commission-based position offering 40%–70% payouts, with SPFs (Sales Performance Funds), bonuses, and extra incentives such as base pay opportunities after reaching specific commission thresholds.
What You’ll Do
- Sell and service Limited Med, Life, and Health Insurance products.
- Educate clients on coverage options and assist them in finding the right plans.
- Manage and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Work with integrity and consistency to achieve monthly sales goals.
- Participate in team training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain compliance with company and state insurance regulations.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Active 2-15 or 2-40 insurance license (Life, Health & Annuities).
- Not required: We provide training and support for new agents.
- Experience in insurance or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation are key.
- Must be comfortable working in a commission-driven environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented attitude.
Schedule
- Full-Time, In-Office — Tamarac, FL
- Monday–Friday
- Day and evening shifts available during Open Enrollment
Earning Potential
$1,200 – $30,000 per month
