**The opportunity**
At Unity, we are driving the wholesale adoption of Realtime 3D (RT3D) across many different businesses and industries. We strive to help companies accelerate through their digital transformation programs and create the foundations for web 3.0.
We hold a 72% market share of the top 1,000 mobile games, and generate over 5 billion downloads per month. We are also proud to say 50% of all PC and Console games are made on Unity! But we are more than just Games, we provide products, services and professional training across a range of industries including Architecture, Engineering, Manufacturing and E-Commerce.
Our Professional training is one of the key functions to equip our existing customers and further transform their businesses.
Our current value proposition of Professional Training is delivered across 2 specific modalities - On Demand Training (ODT) and in-person or virtually via Instructor-led training (ILT). We deliver our Professional Training through our Unity Certified Instructor (UCI) program and in-house professional trainers.
As our new Professional Training Advisor, you will be working with our customers, our partners and institutions in promoting our Professional Training products, services and certifications. You will be the product evangelist and subject matter expert on our Professional Training product portfolio.
**What you'll be doing**
Work collaboratively with the sales organization to identify and engage with tier A accounts that would benefit from Professional Training
Partner with our strategic consulting teams to advise and design Professional Training programs, and engage large-scale "Center of Excellence" programs
Create and propose the commercial and legal frameworks for Professional Training deals
Be a critical input and work with all internal teams to align on Professional Certification
Deliver feedback from the field and customers to advise and direct the content team on what content needs to be delivered to help our customers be successful
**What we are looking for**
Experience in selling professional training or technical learning products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to design and present back professional training as a means to driving long-term customer success
**You may also have**
Any language skills
Experience within a Professional Services environment
Passion or curiosity about gaming or tech
