Summary
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst Lead to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia in support of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support - Medical Supply Chain program. This role is crucial for enhancing our operational efficiency and supporting our mission to deliver top-tier services to government agencies. This position will provide top level technical expertise in Information Technology cradle to grave processes related to applications and infrastructure. The Business Analyst Lead will serve as the primary liaison between DLA stakeholders, supply chain operations teams, IT development personnel, and program leadership within the Medical Supply Chain program.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in federal logistics programs - preferably within Defense Medical Logistics.
Responsibilities
- Document existing operations and practices; analyzing those operations and practices against documented best practices and develop a plan of actions and milestones to evolve to the best practices.
- Acts as a member of the team responsible for providing technical guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in systems analysis.
- Provides guidance and mentorship to junior analysts on best practices, documentation standards, and date driven decision making.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science
- Five (5) years relevant experience
- Must have an active Secret DoD Clearance
