Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pitch to SME owners, founders, and stakeholders to promote our accounting, fractional CFO, and tax planning/compliance services.
COI Network Building: Establish and maintain strategic referral relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs), including Corporate Attorneys, Commercial Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, and Business Brokers who can introduce high-value SME clients.
B2B Networking & Community Engagement: Represent the firm at local Chambers of Commerce, industry trade shows, Chinese-American business associations, and entrepreneur networks to generate organic leads.
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and discovery meetings to coordinating with our internal CPA/Tax team for technical scoping and closing the deal.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about general business trends and pain points within the California SME landscape to help refine our firm’s service offerings and marketing messages.
Digital Content Strategy & Planning: Develop a content calendar focused on SME tax pain points (e.g., Form 1099-NEC compliance, multi-state sales tax, California tax credits, real estate structure optimization).
Multi-Platform Promotion: Repurpose long-form video content into short-form media (Shorts, Reels) and manage our professional presence on LinkedIn, as well as relevant cultural platforms (e.g., WeChat Channels, Xiaohongshu) to target cross-border and Asian-American entrepreneurs.Responsibilities

Qualification
3–5 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or agency-side digital marketing (experience within professional services, accounting, financial services, or wealth management is highly preferred).
Proven track record of building and maintaining a professional referral network (COIs) and closing high-value contracts.
An entrepreneurial mindset—you thrive on performance-based compensation and want to write your own paycheck.
Ambitious self-starter who operates with zero micromanagement.
Strong ethical standards and respect for client confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual capability (English/Mandarin) is a major asset given our core community focus.
Familiarity with digital content production pipelines (YouTube, short-form video) and cross-platform distribution.

Compensation and Structure
- Initial Structure: 1099 / Independent Contractor position (High Commission, No base)
- Commission Structure: Highly competitive, uncapped commission structure with exceptional payout percentages on successfully closed and onboarded client contracts.
