Product Development Chemist – Fertilizer Resins
Location: Moncure, NC (On-site)
We’re seeking an experienced Product Development Chemist to design and synthesize fertilizer resins and slow-release polymer products for agricultural applications. The ideal candidate has 4 years of industrial R&D experience (not academic), strong hands-on expertise in resin/polymer synthesis, and experience developing slow-release fertilizers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher in Chemistry or related field
- 3–5 years in industrial product development
- Experience with fertilizer resin formulation and scale-up
- U.S. Citizen, Green Card, or active H1B (no new sponsorship)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $115,705.00 - $140,000.00 per year
