Overview:
The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability. This includes managing network hardware, software, and communication links, as well as troubleshooting network issues and providing technical support.
Requirements:
- Must have 3-5 yrs designing & implementing network solutions infrastructure, including enterprise-level routers / switches / firewalls / VPNs / access points / VoIP systems.
- Must have 3-5 years’ experience with network engineering principles and practices including TCP/IP, DNS, SNMP, WAN technologies, VLANs and LAN switching and routing inclusive of
- LAN & WAN,
- Security design, configuration and administration including firewall and VPN technologies.
- System administration including server-side development, building and maintaining Hyper-V, Microsoft Active Directory and server systems hardware and architecture.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Must have prior experience installing on-prem servers, software and other devices on the Network according to schedule or as requested,
- Must have prior experience monitoring network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Should have experience maintain & updating network hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
