Job Summary:
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including billing and collections for our Living Center. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely payments, as well as provide excellent customer service to our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit insurance claims for residents
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances
- Communicate with residents and their families regarding billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident financial records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper billing procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in accounts receivable preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
