Duties
- Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to client needs
- Assist clients with product or service information, guiding them through processes with clarity and patience
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client services and share insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Prior experience in typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed records is a plus
