Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required with three years' with experience in working with individuals with disabilities. Associates Degree in human services preferred. Knowledge of Self Direction services is a plus. Prior electronic record keeping experience is preferred. Proficient in computer skills in Microsoft Office (word & excel) required. Able to be flexible and work in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, customer service and leadership skills essential. Evidence of understanding and empathy for the PWDD population. Demonstrate strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding staff/person supported issues. Ability to work in a changing environment, working independently and cooperatively as a team, be flexible and demonstrate knowledge of and ability to work with internal/external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability and knowledge to work professionally with multiple services provider agencies, etc., required. Valid NYS Driver's License in accordance with Agency policies; ability to travel.
Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8am-4pm.
Salary : $20 - $24
