Weekend Hospice On-Call Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:

• Location: St. Charles, IL, Aurora, Naperville, Elgin and the surrounding area
• Hours: 4:30 PM Friday- 8 AM Monday (Every Other Weekend)

Duties: What you will do:

• Provide skilled nursing care
• Provide case management services
• Conduct initial assessments of new patients
• Travel to patients wherever they reside: Home, nursing facility etc.

Requirements: What you need to have:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Driver’s license, insurance and vehicle
• 1-2 years of nursing experience (preferred)
• Utmost compassion and integrity

Experience:

• Hospice & palliative medicine: 1 year (Preferred)
• Nursing: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
