Job Title- Administrative Assistant (Afternoon/Evening Shift)
Hours- 12:30 PM- 9 PM M-F

We are looking for an outstanding Office Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chicago, IL.

Duties: What you will do:
- Scheduling
- Intake
- Updating and delivering medical records with collaborating facilities and providers
- Appointment reminder phone calls and follow ups.
- Obtaining Medical Records
- Answer phones
- File Documents
- Audit Records
- Order Supplies
- Provide General office administrative support
Requirements: What you need to have:
- 2 yr of administrative experience
- 2 yr of medical records experience
- Utmost compassion and integrity
- Computer literate
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great work ethic
- Friendly personality
- Customer service attitude
