Organizational Development Manager (ON SITE)

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in organizational development/organizational behavior. Related experience considered in lieu of education. Master's degree, preferred.

1. Training and Experience: Five or more years of experience working in organizational development in a large organization. Organizational Development Certification Program, preferred.

1. Job Knowledge: This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software, and the ability to deliver engaging presentations and facilitate learning. Candidates should be skilled in researching training options, leveraging multimedia platforms, and designing effective development programs. Excellent leadership abilities are essential to guide and inspire teams.

Designs, implements, and evaluates initiatives that strengthen leadership and support long-term success.

Physical Effort: Basic office environment with frequent meetings in offsite locations
