DESCRIPTION:
Under direct supervision of the Lead Applications Systems Analyst, the Applications Systems Analyst role is to strategically facilitate the organization's application needs including but not limited to support of the MEDITECH system, assist in resolving application issues as they arise from day to day, and assist Information Technology support technicians as needed. They will be responsible for ensuring applications are available to end users, accurate, and thoroughly tested. They will also assist in system startups in a timely and accurate fashion and will provide support to other departments where required. Responsible for one shift, five days per week. Incumbent is subject to overtime, on-call duty and call back as required by the organization.
Physical Effort: Works in well-lighted, air-conditioned office. Some travel is required.
Mental Effort: Position is prone to many interruptions and repetitive tasks.
