Our office is seeking a qualified candidate for an Customer service rep to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for helping to ensure the smooth running of the office by performing administrative tasks related to answering phones and scheduling meetings. This position will also be responsible for maintaining database and filing systems, as well as providing assistance to team members.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to handle daily tasks in an efficient manner.
- Perform administrative support work.
- Provide customer service to clients, customers, and other staff.
- Organize and schedule appointments and installs.
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Monitor customer projects and billing.
- Help procure materials and permits
- Purchase permits and schedule inspections.
- File documents and records.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
