We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Director to join our team on-site at our Towson, MD location. In this role, you will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives. You will manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Creating strategies to attract, retain, and develop an exceptional workforce while fostering an inclusive and harmonious workplace culture will be a key responsibility.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and risk management
- Leadership in training, development, and fostering a supportive organizational culture
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; professional HR certification is a plus
