Our programs inspire children through movement, mentorship, and character-building, and the excitement from families and educators has been overwhelming. Role Overview
We're seeking a Director of School Partnerships to build on this momentum and bring Unity Active to even more schools. This is a high-energy, growth-driving role where you'll connect directly with principals, directors, and coordinators to secure new partnerships and strengthen existing ones. The ideal candidate who demonstrates quick success will unlock exciting growth opportunities within the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outreach to schools and educational institutions (preschools and daycares), securing new program partnerships.
- Establish and sustain strong communication channels with school leadership and staff to align in-school and after-school program goals.
- Manage and grow relationships with school directors and staff, ensuring premium delivery and credibility.
- Collaborate with the Founder to design and execute expansion strategies.
- Represent Unity Active at school meetings, presentations, and events.
- Track partnership performance and celebrate wins with staff and families.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in school partnerships, education outreach, or business development.
- Strong communication skills tailored to school leaders, staff, and parents.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-scaling environment.
- Passion for youth empowerment and enrichment.
- Bachelors degree required
- Ability to travel regionally as needed.
