Responsibilities
- Support teachers in developing and implementing curriculum plans that meet educational standards and student needs
- Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and instructional materials preparation
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to reinforce learning concepts
- Utilize learning technology tools to enhance instruction and engage students in online or hybrid learning environments
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and special education requirements
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a college student with a strong interest in education or related fields
- Prior experience working with children or in classroom settings is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents
- Demonstrated classroom management skills and patience when working with young learners or scholars requiring additional support
