Position: Delivery Helper

About Unitum Trucking
Unitum Trucking LLC is a growing logistics company specializing in white glove appliance delivery and installation. We are looking for hardworking, dependable Helpers who are committed to providing excellent customer service and supporting safe, efficient deliveries.
Responsibilities
Assist the driver with loading, unloading, and delivering household appliances.
Help install appliances according to company and manufacturer guidelines.
Safely move heavy appliances using dollies, straps, and other equipment.
Protect customers' homes by using floor runners, corner guards, and protective materials.
Communicate professionally with customers at every delivery.
Complete required tasks using the company mobile application as directed by the driver.
Take required delivery and installation photos.
Keep the truck clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Assist with returning paperwork, undelivered merchandise, and equipment to the warehouse.
Requirements
Valid government-issued photo ID.
Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances with a partner using proper equipment.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous appliance delivery or moving experience.
White Glove delivery experience.
Basic knowledge of appliance installation is a plus but not required.
