What You’ll Do
As a Virtual Sales Development Specialist, you’ll meet with warm, pre-qualified leads to assess their needs and help them find the right coverage. No cold calls, door knocking, or chasing friends and family.

• Work virtually with clients to provide custom life insurance solutions

• Use company-provided inbound leads—no prospecting required

• Get licensed with our full support and training (if not already licensed)

• Follow up and maintain professional, clear communication

• Manage your own schedule while hitting team and personal goals

• Keep track of leads, activity, and progress using digital tools

What You Need
You don’t need an insurance background—we’ll train you. But you do need to show up, stay coachable, and be ready to grow.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to listen

• Comfortable working online and managing your time independently

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic

• Committed to honesty, consistency, and putting clients first
