- Remuneration: $42.15 to $59.04 p/hr (dependent on experience) Super Not for Profit Salary Packaging Penalties & Allowances

You'll Have The Opportunity To Develop New Treatment Programs, Helping Clients To Manage Their Movement, Pain, Balance And Manual Handling. This Will Include
- Providing in-home services outreaching locally and to regional areas from our Beenleigh site
- Diagnosing, assessing and developing care plans for individuals and groups
- Prescription and selection of appropriate adaptive equipment and modification
- Education and training on aspects of therapy for the clients and carers
- Goal setting activities, as well discharge and resolution planning
- Liaising with healthcare professionals, such as GPs, nurses and occupational therapists to ensure care plans are formulated and monitored
About

- Tertiary Qualifications and current AHPRA registration
- Previous experience within an Aged Care / Community / Rehabilitation setting
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across web based applications
- Effective time-management and proven clinical problem-solving skills
- Current Australian Drivers License and a road worthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance as required
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Own reliable vehicle with kilometer reimbursement where a fleet car is not available
