Physiotherapist | Blue Care l Community Based
You'll provide holistic, integrated care to our clients enhancing their mobility and movement to promote their independence and wellbeing. Working with a number of movement conditions associated with musculoskeletal impairments, medical conditions and chronic disease, you will tailor your care to make a real difference in your client's quality of life!

- Employment Term: Permanent Full Time
- Location: Gympie, Cooroy & Surrounding Areas
- Remuneration: $42.15 to $59.04 p/hr (dependent on experience) Super Not for Profit Salary Packaging Penalties & Allowances
- 5 Weeks Annual Leave

You'll Have The Opportunity To Develop New Treatment Programs, Helping Clients To Manage Their Movement, Pain, Balance And Manual Handling. This Will Include
- Diagnosing, assessing and developing care plans for individuals and groups
- Prescription and selection of appropriate adaptive equipment and modification
- Education and training on aspects of therapy for the clients and carers
- Goal setting activities, as well discharge and resolution planning
- Liaising with healthcare professionals, such as GPs, nurses and occupational therapists to ensure care plans are formulated and monitored

- Tertiary Qualifications and full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements - Essential
- Previous experience within an Aged Care or Community setting
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build great relationships
- Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence - Essential
- Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work- Essential
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
