GQR Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for an exciting travel opportunity in Wyoming!

Join a collaborative rehabilitation team where you'll help patients regain independence, improve daily functioning, and achieve their recovery goals. This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys providing personalized, hands-on therapy and making a meaningful impact on patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, independence, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and durable medical equipment (DME).
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and recovery strategies.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) and support personnel as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.

Requirements

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license applicable to the assignment.
• Current NBCOT certification.
• Experience in post-acute rehabilitation or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
• CPR certification if requested by the facility.

Assignment Details

• Location: Wyoming
• Local Restriction: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Orientation: 8 non-billable hours; guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.
• Call-Off Policy: Facility may cancel up to 24 hours per 13-week period.
