Home Health – Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant - Days
Start Dates: ASAP
- 13-week contract
- 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- Hours: 8-5:30 pm (visits usually won’t start until 9-10a)
- Shift: Days
- Certs: BLS
- License: CA COTA
- Experience:
- Must have 1 year of home health experience
- HCHB: not a must, will provide training for this
- Oasis: not a deal breaker, SOC’s are done by the RNs and staff OT/PTs
- Productivity expectations: 6 patients a day, they will load them with patients the night before, and they will make calls to schedule the appointments
- Geriatric population
