About The Role
As Principal, Sales Operations (Kinetic Business), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the processes, tools, and governance frameworks that drive sales success across our customer-facing segments. You will be a senior individual contributor partnering with leaders in Sales, Go-to-Market, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Operations to create a more streamlined and effective sales environment. Your work will directly impact forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and seller productivity as we continue to evolve our customer-centric sales model for New Acquisition, Base Management, and SLED.

About The Role

What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the Kinetic Business sales operating model across all customer segments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Establish and uphold robust sales governance, including rules of engagement, territory and account coverage, streamlined handoffs, and clear escalation paths to accelerate revenue generation.
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to develop and maintain standard operating procedures that promote consistency and excellence across regions and teams.
- Lead the rationalization and standardization of booking rules, clearly defining motion boundaries and implementing controls for auditability and compliance.
- Champion end-to-end process simplification, partnering with Sales, Order Management, and Operations to enhance the lead-to-order and quote-to-cash experience.
- Deep experience in sales operations, business process optimization, or a related field.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in sales effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Experience supporting sales teams in fast-paced, customer-centric, or technology-driven environments.
- Expertise in building and scaling sales operating models for multiple customer segments.
- Familiarity with territory design, sales governance, and process automation best practices.
- A passion for driving operational excellence and empowering teams to achieve ambitious goals.
