About the Role:
The Uniti Fiber Intern will support the team with daily operations, project coordination, research, and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in the fiber and telecommunications industry. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop practical skills in a fast-paced business environment. The intern will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, process improvement initiatives, and the tools and systems that support Uniti Fiber’s operations.

What You Will Do:
- Support day-to-day projects and initiatives across the Uniti Fiber team
- Assist with research, data analysis, reporting, and process documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help improve workflows and business operations
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and project discussions
- Help track project progress, organize information, and prepare presentations or updates
- Gain hands-on experience with fiber operations, telecommunications processes, and industry tools
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for process improvements
- Complete assigned tasks and special projects in a timely and professional manner
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, preferably in business, telecommunications, engineering, information systems, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and industry concepts
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in the telecommunications or fiber industry
- Real-world experience Exposure to enterprise-level security tools and technologies
