Plant Manager
Unitex is currently seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the production team in our industrial plant located in Linden, NJ.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000 (plus bonus). Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30am - when the jobs are completed

Job Responsibilities
MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ADDITIONAL HOURS WHEN NEEDED.
- Maintain individual and department performance at established standards
- Directly manage two Assistant Plant Managers, and four Production Supervisors and all plant employees
- Ensure production levels and productivity goals are achieved
- Maintain daily reports
- Hire, Train and discipline employees as a means for achieving goals
- Oversees high level of quality of product being sent to customers
- Ensure that Unitex policies and procedures are implemented and followed
- 5 years managerial experience running a plant in a production/service environment
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting
- High degree of customer responsiveness
- Understands production workflow / MS Office
- Proven ability to manage to standards
