Job Description:
In this role, the desired candidate will express the ability to clearly and efficiently communicate and retrieve important information to update records. The ideal candidate will be a fast typist with a keen eye for detail and great organizational skills. Works well with customers and team members.
Job Requirements:
- Successfully complete company provided Locate and Invoicing training program and pass all required testing if applicable.
- Ability to use company provided equipment and technology to accurately capture data.
- Track responses via email and input data into company database.
- Ability to read maps, compare source data and work orders to determine locate needed.
- Ability to work alone and unsupervised as well as in a remote team setting.
- Ability to communicate / interact daily with managers and crews, to discuss any job related issues.
- Interpret job order tickets for accurate location and maintain accuracy of requests.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
- Answer multi-line telephone in a professional manner
Qualifications:
Position Requirements:
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team; effectively learning new tasks;
- 1 year of customer service experience;
- Strong attention to detail maintaining high levels of accuracy;
- Research and resolve errors;
- Success in a high volume environments;
- Professional phone demeanor; Vonage experience a plus
- Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Excel and Word.
Schedule:
Position will be four ten hour shifts Wednesday through Saturday 8am to 630pm
