Job Description:
UniTek Global Services is seeking a dynamic professional to lead the deployment, training, and adoption of Vitruvi construction management software while driving process standardization initiatives. This role blends implementation expertise with hands-on training leadership to ensure successful adoption across field and office teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven training development skills, and the ability to manage implementation processes that drive efficiency, compliance, and a positive user experience.
In this position, you will champion software deployment and training, ensuring teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed. You will also spearhead process standardization and project management efforts, creating streamlined workflows that enhance operational performance. Finally, you will provide leadership and collaboration, guiding teams and stakeholders toward shared goals and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Deployment & Training
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for Vitruvi software during deployment and beyond.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs (in-person and virtual), including train-the-trainer sessions.
- Develop and maintain accurate training materials, SOPs, and job aids to support consistent software use.
- Assess organizational training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
- Provide on-site support during rollout phases, troubleshooting issues and promoting best practices.
- Monitor adoption metrics and training effectiveness, recommending improvements for engagement and retention.
Process Standardization & Project Management
- Partner with internal teams to develop and manage efficient implementation processes and procedures to enhance client and field team experience.
- Assist in gathering business requirements necessary for project management process execution.
- Manage the performance of new programs to ensure timeliness, accuracy, compliance, and quality.
- Oversee the overall success and efficiency of process implementation initiatives.
- Monitor comprehensive project plans to ensure execution aligns with scope, budget, and timeline.
- Communicate with team members, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure standardized processes are followed.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and influence to ensure successful delivery of standardized processes.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Supervise and mentor training teams, ensuring milestones and goals are met within budget.
- Collaborate with management and software vendors to align system capabilities with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Project Management, Organizational Development, or Business Administration (MBA).
- 5 years in construction management, project coordination, or related field.
- Experience with construction management software or ERP systems preferred.
- Strong facilitation and curriculum development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to job sites and regional offices.
- Proven experience managing and training team members.
Certifications (Preferred):
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
- Additional relevant training certifications in software implementation or instructional design.
