Unitek Technical Services provides supplier management, development, and related technical services to corporations around the world.
Scope
- Complete First Article Inspections onsite at machining customer to ensure that the documentation and parts are in compliance with the requirements of Customer Purchase order, and AS9102.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and Complete FAIR package when parts have been completed.
- Prepare AS9102 document package. Bubble drawings. Review and prepared documentation for AS9102 report.
- Validate all Product Accountability - Raw Material, Specifications & Special Process(es) and Functional Testing are documented on Form 2 .
- Validate objective evidence is captured and is within limits for Characteristic Accountability, Verification and Compatibility Evaluation on Form 3.
- Mechanical inspection if the documented evidence does not fully demonstrate compliance.
- Perform package development for new and delta FAIRs.
Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years experience in preparing of reviewing FAIR packages in accordance with AS9102.
- Understanding of machining operations.
- Understanding of GD&T
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate activities directly with customer quality team individuals.
- U.S. citizen
- Inspection Xpert software experience helpful.
- Good knowledge of [IMTE] Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment
Notes:
- Duration of assignment is 2 months, with possible extension
- Can be full-time 40 hrs per week or part-time
