JOB DESCRIPTION: Aerospace Source Inspector
Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To
- The ability to perform product source inspections including in-process, final, and first article inspections per AS9102 and customer requirements. Experience with hands-on dimensional inspection is required.
- The ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings, specifications, geometric dimensions,s and tolerances per ANSI/ASME Y 14.5.
- The ability to perform mechanical measurement for verifying the compliance of complex machined, formed, cast, forged, and assembled aircraft structures.
- It is needed to support Source Inspection activity at customer-supplier locations. (Long Islans, NY and New Jersey)
- Start Date: Upon Approval
- Frequency of visits: 20-30 hours a week
- Ability to Travel
- Computer skills required
- W2 Contract; US Citizenship
