Position Title: Laborer
Expectations of Employee:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Must regularly and directly communicate with and report to Production Manager.
- Water extraction and set up drying equipment.
- Mold/sewage removal and cleaning
- Fire/smoke damage cleaning
- Biohazard remediation
- Complete detailed documentation and take photos
- Clean vehicles and shop daily
- Wear personal protective equipment for safety during hazardous situations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Valid driver’s License.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be flexible in work hours. Willing to work weekends, nights, on-call, after hours rotation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Pass a post-offer background check for base clearances.
- Pass a post-offer drug screen and physical.
- Verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- IICRC Certification.
- Work location: In person.
