The Paramedic Education Advisor manages all duties associated with the pre-sales workflow of the EMT & Paramedic Division Sales Account Managers.
Job Description
- Follow up with prospective students utilizing established admissions standards, guidelines, and criteria, with 30 enrollments a month.
- A minimum of 350 calls approximately made per week.
- On the phone 50-75% of the day making outbound calls, recruiting prospective students on a national level, while working efficiently unsupervised.
- In-person tours of facility as needed.
- Attending and preparing for local events as needed.
- Develop, build and manage a client base of corporate accounts.
- Develop positive long-term customer relationships.
- Work in CRM system - Lead Square.
- Prepare enrollment documents, i.e., DocuSign
- Meet and/or exceed targeted sales goals.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour with commission of 3.7% on total monthly revenue earned
Qualifications
- 2 Years of experience in Sales
- Undergraduate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high-volume outbound calling and professional follow-up with prospective students
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills with the ability to meet or exceed monthly enrollment and performance goals.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, corporate accounts, and customer relationships.
