- Manage and monitor client assignments
- Training of field account management staff, new hire and ongoing
- Maintain an acceptable level of training and education for clients on UHC's products and services
- Personnel development and management
- Set teams strategy to achieve goals
- Direct and manage service plan
- Build and maintain key client and producer relationships
- Develop and maintain key internal relationships
- Present a positive image of UnitedHealth Group to the marketplace
- Detailed understanding of all UnitedHealth Care products, services and solutions across all health plan sites
- Working knowledge of Enterprise/ancillary product lines
- Ability to identify and communicate the need for improvements in UnitedHealth Care products and services
- Understands and can communicate goals, operating principles, strategies and competitive position of UnitedHealth Care
- In-depth healthcare knowledge, understands important trends
- Demonstrates knowledge of competitors strengths, weaknesses and strategies

Required Qualifications:
- Sales Insurance license (Life and Health) must be maintained as required by state law or ability to obtain within 30 days
- 2 years working with brokers/consultants
- Ability to maintain valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, as required
- 2 years of people management experience

Salary : $75,000 - $160,000
