Primary Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for integrating multiple parts of Optum Health capabilities, assets, and care delivery networks to provide the best care outcomes and seamless patient and provider experience
• You’ll be working with leaders across the enterprise to create the playbook for consistent clinical and operational continuum of care across Optum Health, while also working with executives to define the best collaboration and management process approach to bring more of an integrated care delivery system
• Along with the integrated care delivery system approach, you will support consistent clinical workforce deployment models and enabling technology products for Optum Health

Required Qualifications: 

• 10 years of professional experience with product, strategy or capability development and deploying new assets
• 10 years of experience in healthcare 
• 5 years of professional experience in developing and deploying data, technology, and services that enable successful products
• 5 years of leadership experience (leading and mentoring teams)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in internal or external consulting

The salary range for this role is $150,200 to $288,500 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
