Primary Responsibilities:
- Product Management Experience, leading implementation of 3rd party software for Digital Marketing
- Analyze and define requirements for large-scale projects that include integrations with other systems, migrations to AEM, translation, Analytics, Management etc.
- Work with development teams breaking down high-level features into user-stories and track them across multiple business units and organizations
- Cross-team alignment and coordination across Adobe Experience Management suite of tools
- Influence cross functional teams by building relationships with engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Explain complex concepts that enables the team and all stakeholders to understand what they are doing and why
- Thrive in a fast-paced and uncertain environment, and a focus on generating results
- Enforce best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
- Participate in user testing for product releases
- Monitor metrics and reports for usage tracking
- Knowledge of BrandPortal and Workfront

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years as an individual contributor, including some experience in a corporate or health care environment
- 3 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets, including experience with implementation/migration to AEM
- 3 years of experience in driving transformational change and delivering measurable results
- Experience with Agile software development processes
- Ability to travel up to 10% based on Business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile/Scrum certified
- Experience leading online capabilities, user experience, content, design or production in a large corporate or health care environments
- Experience coordinating priorities and contributions of a network of non-technical Web content and project stakeholders from across a large diverse organization
- Extensive practical experience and sound theoretical understanding of relevant professional disciplines, including capability management, web design, web authoring and publishing, information architecture, web content strategy, usability and accessibility, user experience design
- Solid communication skills, including written, spoken, and presentation communications
- Skilled at negotiating to compromise when stakeholders have competing interests and presenting and influencing leadership
- Self-starter with the ability to appropriately assess the need for independent decision-making verses leadership escalation
