Primary Responsibilities:
- Interact with business users, I/T and customers to define application requirements
- Write the code and review the code of the engineers
- Involved in critical and complex technical discussions
- Prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Document low to highly complex functional designs and data structures, to support business and operational requirements

Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of development experience
- Experience with Cobol, JCL
- Experience with Control M on z/OS
- Experience with DB2
- Proven ability to work independently
- Proven ability to lead/guide the team
- Proven solid analytical and self-learning skills and desire to learn new technologies
- Proven great attitude and the passion and persistence to solve complex problems
- Proven exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Integrated Eligibility and Healthcare domain
- Solid knowledge of DB2, JCL, Product batch support and Mainframe Technologies
