The Client Implementation Business Analyst will track client specific requirements and gather, discuss, design, and document accurately in various Optum tools. In addition, this role will track release scope assigned to a milestone and ensure the BA team’s tasks are completed and knowledge transfer to engineering and QA teams is done. The Client Implementation Business Analyst will work closely with M&O operations teams on the production defect review and remediation.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product management team to align product delivery against customer expectations
- Identify risks and remediation via regular client and internal team discussions
- Conduct trainings, knowledge transfer sessions and demos to help the client stakeholders understand the new features

Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 2 years of experience with delivery of a Provider, Medicaid or Medicare product
- 2 years of experience with requirement gathering, solution and design documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in client facing complex solution delivery
- 1 years of experience working in a matrixed HR environment

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
