We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP) to join our team at Optum.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be an integral part of our behavioral care team, working to achieve patient wellness and autonomy through advocacy, communication, education, identification of service resources, and service facilitation.
You will provide counseling services, medication management, welfare support, and vocational services to help patients access and navigate care anytime and anywhere. Additionally, you may need to provide transportation for clients as required.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Able to travel independently
- At least 1 year of related experience and/or training
