The Director of Pharmacy will lead all aspects of pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing, and supervising services in alignment with hospital policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with hospital leadership to implement innovative pharmacy practices, supported by proprietary CPS software, a dedicated support team including experts in operations, clinical, and regulatory as well as a CPS Area Director or Senior Vice President.

Pharmacy location: Located within Sunrise Vista Behavioral Health - 1223 Market Ave N, Canton, OH 44714

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

Required Qualifications:

• ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred)
• Active applicable state Pharmacist license in good standing
• 3 years of experience as a pharmacist in an acute care hospital or other professional setting
• 2 years of pharmacy management experience working in an acute care hospital setting; 3 years preferred
• Demonstrated teaching, relevant professional publications and involvement with professional organizations

Preferred Qualification:

• Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

Salary : $110,200 - $188,800
