Position Summary: Oversee nursing activities, organize, and delegate tasks based on resident needs, staff skills, and facility layout, providing emotional support, promoting independence, and ensuring residents’ safety and comfort and is responsible for 59 skilled nursing units, 12 are short-term rehab.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Register Nurse by Board of Examiners in PA, in good standing.
- Completed pharmacology course.
- Current CPR Certification
Salary : $36 - $43
