Part-Time Receptionist: approx. 15 hours per week includes weekends and holidays
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service by welcoming visitors
- Answering all phone calls and transfers to correct department.
- Maintaining office security,
- Performing accurate data entry,
- Maintaining a neat workspace,
- Adapting to changing needs,
- Assisting with projects,
- Processing work orders.
- Maintaining integrity, adhere to corporate compliance, and HIPAA policy.
Position Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of three years or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Software Proficiency: MS Word, Outlook, and Excel required.
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, multitask, manage stress, excellent organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, energetic with a creative problem-solving approach, maintain accuracy and integrity of output, excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
