This team focuses on cultivating future leaders through targeted programs and initiatives that build advanced leadership capabilities and drive organizational success.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Researching and creating a team building activity on Servant Leadership for the Leadership Development Team
- Assisting our Instructional Designers in creating course designs
- Shadowing trainings and offering feedback on how we can improve
- Assisting the coordinators in event planning
- Organizing UWM's leadership library
- Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2026 or 2027 (current junior/senior status)
- The ability to work Monday thru Friday, 40-hours a week, fully on-site in Pontiac, MI from May 18th - August 7th
- An openness to learning, willingness to be coached, and ability to be flexible in our every-changing industry
- Pursuing a degree in Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, or similar fields
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- A strong work ethic
- A drive to succeed
