Overview
We are seeking for an Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be highly self motivated.
Responsibilities
-Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project documentation is submitted and meeting the daily requirements for ongoing projects in the shop and field to keep operations running smoothly
-Project submittals such as AHA's and Staff certifications/background checks
-Maintaining supply inventories and Purchase Orders
-Scheduling and maintenance of staff training/qualifications
-Order placement and tracking of rental equipment
Requirements
-Experience/Familiarity with computers and software (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of AISC standards is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
