TaxTrac, operated by UWE, is expanding our tax preparation team for the upcoming tax season.
We are looking for motivated tax professionals who are interested in preparing individual tax returns remotely while building and managing their own client base. This opportunity is designed for individuals who are self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and interested in growing their tax preparation experience and production.

- Collect and review required taxpayer documentation

- Complete required training
- Maintain an active PTIN before preparing federal tax returns for compensation
- Develop and manage your own tax preparation clients
- Active PTIN or ability to obtain one before preparing tax returns
- Previous tax preparation experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using web-based software and technology
- Ability to follow tax preparation procedures and compliance requirements
- Self-motivated and comfortable developing a client base
This is an independent contractor opportunity with production-based compensation.
Earnings are based on completed tax return production and individual client volume. This position does not provide a guaranteed salary or hourly wage.
