Campaign Processing Specialist
United Way of Greater Cincinnati
United way of Greater Cincinnati is seeking a Campaign Processing Specialist to assist in the coordination of the processing and oversight of campaign processing results.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Processing and Operational Oversight
Review imports from Stratus Live, Goodworld and all third-party processors for duplications and missing GAU’s and verify data for pledge processing. Resolve any discrepancies before entering in CRM.
Monitor the 5/3 lockbox for pledge processing batches and process accordingly
Process Service tickets submitted by the AR specialists, set up or adjust Opportunities as needed for AR processors to apply received payments.
Train seasonal staff on data entry procedures and account maintenance
Research donor pledge and designation information.
Reports and Information
Communicate and provide pledge information and acknowledgement reports to partner agencies and other United Ways and their partner agencies.
Maintain updated agency information and vetting of agencies.
Maintain agency designation codes and donor choice contacts in pledge processing system.
Verify qualified partner agencies in I guide prior to annual Campaign year kick off for designations
Submit UWGC where raised reports for other LUW’s to MMRS annually
Maintain and update Pledge Processing policies and procedures as needed
Other Duties
Reconcile all workplace Campaigns
Identify process problem areas and recommend resolutions
Maintain production workflow scorecard on monthly processing and reporting on open to be processed position

JOB RELATIONSHIPS WITH: Interacts with team members at all levels of the organization, UWGC donors, staff of other United Ways and agency partners.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma with some college preferred.
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Word and intermediate Excel.
Salesforce - CRM experience preferred.
Minimum three years working in an office with some decision-making experience in the areas of data processing and customer service.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal Office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature, and the like.
In office 5 days a week, Monday- Friday, 8:30a-4:30p.
Extended viewing of multi computer monitors.
SALARY:
$22.50 per hour
