Annual Giving and Accounts Manager
The position will assist the President/CEO and Business Development Team in organizing and managing the United Way annual Workplace Campaign and all other resource development mediums to maximize giving and increase participation by cultivating strong relationships with, motivating, and training volunteers in assigned divisions and accounts. Provides professional staff support to the President/CEO of United Way Pasco County and volunteers involved in United Way's annual workplace accounts and other committees or projects as needed, and other duties and activities as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Assist the President/CEO in envisioning, planning, communicating, and implementing an annual United Way fundraising plan that incorporates short and long-term goals, campaign goals, donor stewardship, volunteer involvement, and support of community impact efforts.
- Prepare proposals and personalize presentations for workplace campaign accounts.
- Coordinate the involvement of appropriate board, staff, and volunteers in the planning and implementation of workplace campaign solicitation strategies.
- Assisting and motivating the company’s employee campaign coordinators in planning and completing their campaigns.
- Publicly speaks at 150 events throughout the year, Communicating United Way’s message to potential donors, both in small and large group settings.
- Accurately forecast, monitor, and prepare reports on workplace campaign donor tracking and other related systems.
- Prepare campaign marketing, press releases, and social media functions.
- Represent the United Way of Pasco County in various community meetings, resource fairs, and events.
- Drives to every city in the county various times during the month as needed. Drives an average of 50 miles per week on behalf of United Way, with mileage reimbursement.
- Create content and manage social media accounts for the agency.
- Manage agency website via Squarespace.
- Organizing agency tours and speaker presentations for company employee campaign meetings.
- Complete all tasks as assigned by the Executive and Development Team.
- Assist with any United Way of Pasco-related tasks on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required. Preferably with a background in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, and or equivalent.
- 3 years of development, sales, or marketing experience required.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Experience with Microsoft 360 is preferred.
- Excellent written, oral, presentation, and facilitation skills required.
- Valid FL Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
