JOB TITLE: Data and CRM Coordinator

REPORTS TO (Title): Chief Development Officer
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
CLASSIFICATION: Part-time hourly Hybrid- Primarily remote

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Data and CRM Coordinator is a detail-oriented professional responsible for managing United Way of Greater Greensboro’s CRM database (Andar) and supporting digital fundraising strategies and operations for grants and outcomes management. This part-time role ensures data integrity, system security, and effective donor engagement, while providing reporting and technical support to the Resource Development and Community Investment & Impact teams. This coordinator supports both departments as a data expert, including assisting users, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal and external partners.
Pay Range: will be $20-$25 per hour. Part-time work with a maximum of 25 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
CRM & Data Management
- Manage and optimize the Andar CRM database to support fundraising operations, ensuring data quality, system performance, and compliance with security protocols.
- Serve as the primary liaison with UPIC and internal teams for database functionality, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with established protocols; monitor pledge accuracy through reporting.
- Create and manage data imports/exports; analyze pledge and designation data to inform strategy.
- Monitor system updates, security, and rollover processes
Digital Fundraising & Engagement
- Develop and manage online fundraising platforms (e.g., Andar applications, Square, GiveSmart), including setup, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting with end-users (internal and external).
- Support Workplace Directors of Development in digital campaign setup and coordination with corporate partners and UPIC.
- Create and manage donor communications and engagement emails through CRM.
- Collaborate on digital fundraising strategies and platform improvements.
Reporting
- Provide custom reports and data summaries to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Offer insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve fundraising strategies.
Community Building Module & Data Management
· Manage and optimize the Andar CRM database module to support Community Building operations for grants and outcomes management to include application and reporting structures and website portals for applicants and volunteers, ensuring data quality, system performance, and compliance with security protocols.
· Serve as the primary liaison with UPIC, the Community Investment & Impact team, and external users for database functionality, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
· Ensure data integrity and compliance with established protocols.
Monitor Community Building system updates, security, and rollover processes
Training & Documentation
- Guide staff to training resources and educate users on new system features as needed.
- Maintain a digital library of database policies, procedures, and best practices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Andar), digital fundraising platforms and donor engagement strategies.
- Strong data management and analysis skills, including advanced Excel functions.
- Ability to generate reports, interpret data, and provide insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to prioritize and work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Commitment to data integrity, confidentiality, and customer service.
- Demonstrated commitment to learning, adapting to new technologies, and improving systems and processes.

- Experience in nonprofit operations or fundraising preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s Degree required in Computer Science or Business-related field
· Minimum five years’ related work experience in data management, analysis, reporting, and database applications
· Experience in project management and customer service
· Working knowledge of Andar – preferred
· Advanced knowledge of another relational database – required
