Your Role & Responsibilities
- Get Out in the Community – Build relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and other industry professionals.
- Drive Business Growth – Develop new referral partnerships through cold calls, face-to-face meetings, networking events, and trade shows.
- Create a Winning Sales Strategy – Plan and schedule follow-ups to nurture and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Host & Attend Events – Help organize marketing events that put our company in the spotlight.
- Support the Customer Experience – Work closely with the operations team to ensure exceptional service and follow-through.
- Track Your Success – Log interactions using our Customer Resource Management (CRM) tools to measure growth and outreach efforts.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required)
- Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
- Ability to Pass a Background Check
- 2 Years of B2B Sales Experience Preferred (but NOT required)
- Experience in the Restoration Industry is a Plus
