Key Responsibilities:

• Performs restoration work with a focus on precision, quality, and safety
• Ensures all tasks meet or exceed industry standards and NYS compliance regulations
• Driving company vehicles
• Communicates proactively with team members, clients, and project managers to ensure clarity and alignment
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Takes ownership of your work, identifying and resolving issues before they impact the client
• Continuously seeks ways to improve processes, skills, and the overall client experience

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in restoration clean up (water, mold and fire damage) and eager to learn ( experience not required)
• Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification (must be obtained within first 3 months of hire)
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Exceptional communication (listening, speaking and writing), analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated leadership skills and qualities
• Familiarity with a restoration, construction or insurance-related industry.
• Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Understanding of water, fire, mold, and/or structural restoration processes, preferred.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation 24/7
• Ability to work flexible, longer hours during emergency situations
• Be part of a rotating on-call schedule including weekends and sometimes holidays
• Ability to repeatedly push/pull/lift/carry items
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
